neighborhood, on the street that shares its name, a former cereal bar has been transformed into an orange-fronted <em>bar \u00e0 vins<\/em>, ultra-cozy inside, and unmistakably local in spirit. The wine list is long (mostly natural) and the food menu is short. Beyond the delicious food and drink, it\u2019s the kind of place that makes you want to stay just a little longer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-lg-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Canvis Nous is a project by Apartamento, Alfredo L\u00f3pez (OWL) and Frank Boxer, the restaurateur behind Frank\u2019s Caf\u00e9 and other venues. It started as a simple natural wine bar, but today it also features a carefully crafted food program led by chef Miguel Rojas, bringing flavors from inland Spain into the city. Alfredo oversees the cellar, now home to more than 200 references, and the selection is as curious as it is generous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-indent-md has-lg-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The interior mixes design pieces without making a show of it: BD Barcelona\u2019s Cornisa shelves, lined with bottles; Jamaica aluminum stools; small marble tables; everyday wooden chairs; and a number of pieces designed and made by Alfredo himself, who is also a carpenter. On the walls, artworks by Mariscal, Andrea Smith, Pau L\u00f3pez, Sim\u00f3n Sep\u00falveda and Kate Boxer. The atmosphere stays relaxed and tactile: wood, stone, paper and glass, all softened by an intentionally warm palette.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group scroll-fade-in
