Unpacking

When you receive your artwork, remove it from the tube with the gloves provided and unroll it carefully. Try to hold it by both ends at the same time when unrolling it to avoid unwanted folds. If the work is large, you may need the help of another person.

Once unrolled, let it rest for 24 hours to return to its original flat state.

Avoid scratching the Neoserie with your fingers to avoid damaging the surface or damaging it; if you do handle it, remember to wear gloves.

Frame

We suggest that you frame it without glass, so that its texture can be fully appreciated. To do this, we recommend that you have it mounted on a rigid support, such as a cardboard or wooden board. Your framer will know how to advise you, but if you need advice or help, do not hesitate to contact us here, we will be happy to help you.

In case you want to place it in a place where it needs extra protection, either because of the weather or the influx of people, you should frame it with glass to prevent it from deteriorating.

Conservation

Find he right place to display it, keeping it away from direct sunlight and protected from damp areas.
