Six N. Five studio
Tekiò at Six N. Five, Isern Serra's studio for the Barcelona-based creative agency in Poblenou.
Isern Serra’s new studio for Six N. Five in Barcelona’s Poblenou occupies a ground-floor space shaped like an L, designed to hold public and private use in natural succession.
The renovation stripped partition walls and false ceilings to recover the original concrete structure. A thick curtain divides without closing, the same fabric as the custom sofa. Polished concrete on floors and furniture; neutral colors throughout.
At the entrance, a multi-purpose tier gives way to the cultural propositions and a specialty coffee area by Three Marks Coffee. As one moves towards the rear, private spaces emerge: a large work island facing the greenery of the terrace, and the kitchen, which doubles as a meeting room.
Alongside the Mineral table by Ferm Living and the Pacha armchair by Gubi, the Tekiò lamp by Santa & Cole. Its author, Anthony Dickens, fascinated by Japanese lighting, created a family of luminaires that adapt to the space. Hence its name: Tekiò, Japanese for adaptation. Handmade washi paper, Dim to Warm LED technology.
