For the reader who writes, a page holder frees up a hand. Whether you're transcribing a passage, jotting down thoughts sparked mid-sentence, or skipping between books without losing your place, Escribano—“scribe” in Spanish—is a tactile companion: pleasant to the touch and perfect for keeping bound pages neatly stacked.
Two hand-sewn leather bands connect a pair of metal discs at each end, adding just the right amount of weight. An object conceived in the Age of Enlightenment, expressed in a contemporary voice—and still aging gracefully in the hand.
