Since 2023, she has directed the Master's in Interior Design and Architecture at Birmingham City University. Before that, she taught at the Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL, where she earned her PhD), spent over a decade as a tutor at the Architectural Association — the UK's oldest independent school of architecture — and taught at Chelsea College of Art and Design (UAL), among other institutions. As a gallerist and art consultant, she founded Madrid's F&deO Art Gallery in 2021, dedicated exclusively to women artists, and still runs it today.

This intellectual biography of Florence Knoll (No Compromise: The Work of Florence Knoll, Princeton Architectural Press, 2021) is her best-known work.
