Para envíos dentro del territorio español el plazo de entrega habitual oscila entre 10 y 15 días laborables desde la salida de nuestro almacén para productos en stock. Si necesitas consultar el stock de nuestros productos, contacta con nosotros.

Santa & Cole escogerá la compañía más adecuada para realizar el envío según tipología y región geográfica. Llega directamente a la dirección de envío que nos hayas notificado. Se requiere que haya alguien en dicha dirección en horario laboral y un teléfono de contacto (con un margen de 4-5 horas para poder coordinar la entrega).

El importe del transporte será calculado por el sistema durante el proceso de compra y dependerá del país de destino y del producto seleccionado.

Si por razones de disponibilidad, un producto no pudiera ser entregado dentro de los plazos indicados durante el proceso de compra, Santa & Cole se comunicará con el cliente vía email en el plazo máximo de 48h hábiles. El cliente podrá optar por anular su pedido sin que se le pueda imputar ningún coste adicional.

En caso de producirse una variación de precio del envío, Santa & Cole te comunicará por medio de correo electrónico la variación y podrás optar por anular tu pedido sin que se te pueda imputar ningún coste adicional.

Con la realización de la compra se entiende, y aceptas, que el precio del envío, los plazos de entrega, la calidad del servicio y el punto de entrega quedan sujetos a las distintas modalidades de transporte de entre las posibles para distintas zonas de envío y a la disponibilidad del producto escogido. Santa & Cole no realiza expediciones en festivos, sábados, ni domingos.

Adicionalmente, los plazos de transporte se pueden ver alterados por incidencias extraordinarias en la/s empresa/s de servicios de logística, por dificultades en la entrega de la mercancía y/o por causas de fuerza mayor; en cualquier caso, ningún retraso en la entrega respecto a los plazos indicados dará derecho al usuario comprador a exigir indemnización alguna.

Si por algún motivo no pudiésemos cumplir con la fecha de entrega, te informaremos de esta circunstancia y te daremos la opción de seguir adelante con la compra estableciendo una nueva fecha de entrega o bien anular el pedido con el reembolso total del precio pagado. En caso de que transcurridos 30 días desde que tu pedido esté disponible para su entrega, el pedido no haya sido entregado por causa no imputable a nosotros, entenderemos que deseas desistir el contrato y lo consideraremos resuelto. An exact, authorised reproduction, always in the same format as the original. Made from a unique work, produced in the laboratory and with a support chosen in each case according to the work, light or stroke of the artist, the Neoseries are reproductions, faithful to the original in size, colour and texture, producing the same experience as the original work.


The artists receive royalties
The Neoseries are works in their own right carried out under the supervision of the original artist (or their designated heirs) with direct intervention, to ensure their quality and fidelity to the original work. When you acquire a Neoseries, you are participating directly in the career of your chosen artist, who receives royalties for all Neoseries produced from their original pieces.


Neoseries: unlimited, numbered, authorised and certified
The Neoseries are unlimited, numbered, authorised and certified. They are only produced on demand, so production never outstrips sales. Santa & Cole publicly shows the numbering using counters on this website.


Dynamic pricing
The price of the first unit of a Neoseries will always be considerably lower than that of the original work that preceded it. Each additional unit produced sees a price increment of 1% from the initial price. Thus, the acceptance of a Neoseries determines the price increase of the following units as well as its original. For example, the price of copy number ten of a Neoseries will be 10% more expensive than that of copy number one, and copy one hundred will cost twice as much. Santa & Cole publishes the number of pieces sold each Neoseries, transparently displaying their price at all times.

A matter of Intellectual Property Neoseries are carried out under the supervision of the artists (or their heirs), with direct intervention, and the artists receive royalties for all units produced. To own a Neoserialised original work also affords you rights, and your will receive 1% of the sale price of the sum of the Neoseries on which your work is based.
