Lourdes Figueras, holds a degree in Art History from the University of Barcelona. Following her thesis "An Ornamental Approach to the Hospital de Sant Pau" she went on to specialize in the work of Lluís Domènech i Montaner.
She has organized numerous events in the field of cultural management and curated exhibitions on Lluís Domènech i Montaner and Modernisme. She has also published articles and monographic studies on the architect.
