Introducing Tekiò at The Conran Shop London

On the occasion of London Craft Week, at The Conran Shop Santa & Cole is presenting the new creation from Anthony Dickens – Tekiò – the exhibition of which is set to continue over the next three weeks.

The lamp, a modular system created from an LED structure covered in Japanese paper, filters and nuances the light giving warm, contemplative luminosity.
For its design Anthony Dickens was inspired by the traditional Japanese paper lanterns that are universally present throughout Asia; a key point of reference for the production of Tekiò owing to the partnership between Santa & Cole and Japanese craftsmen and indeed their traditional creative process.

The exhibition incorporates other elements in the Design Classics collection, including such prominent names as Ilmari Tapiovaara, Miguel Milá and Arne Jacobsen.
