José Corredor-Matheos is a qualified lawyer and directed the supplements of the Espasa Encyclopedia and the Catalan Grand Larousse Encyclopedia. He was art consultant at the Society of Architects of Catalonia and editor-in-chief of Cuadernos de Arquitectura, art critic, founder and first president of the Catalan Association of Art Critics and president of Catalonia’s autonomous section of the Society of Authors.
